This place is like a second home to me. I enjoy the workouts, but I look forward to going because of the friends I’ve made there. Small classes means you get more attention from instructors, and after a while they know when to push you and when your giving your all.

Intimate box which is great for getting to know everyone. Very friendly and welcoming. Coaches are engaged and helpful. Convenient location. Thanks Fynn for the hospitality!

It’s been a month and I’m hooked. Very well maintained box. Good community feeling, owner is nice and accommodating, and trainers are experienced and really invested in seeing you grow.

Great box. Inviting and friendly for all levels. The coaches really take the time to go over positioning and technique. It has helped me push my strength and fitness beyond what I could have got to by myself in a fun environment.

Dropped-in and was immediately welcome! Let me drop in to classes as well as open gym. Gave me flexibility to workout while travelling. Will come back again!
