Five Guys

The burgers are good. Up there in quality with "In n' out" or "Smash Burger." I also love the free peanuts to keep you busy during your wait. The prices are descent as well.

Came in for a hot dog. Got stuck behind a customer who didn't know what he wanted. Them first got a trainee cashier who didn't know how to change register tape. Finally ordered my hot dog. Waited a few minutes and was told they were out of buns! HOW CAN A 5 GUYS RUN OUT OF HOT DOG BUNS???? Asked for money back & received it with little trouble. Not my day for a hot dog I guess.

We love the burgers at Five Guys, but we recently had a terrible experience. We ordered online and scheduled the pickup time at 5:45pm. We showed up on time and made sure they knew we had arrived. They said our order was in the queue (good). However, after 30 minutes of waiting we still hadn't got our order. We decided to ask for a refund since we couldn't wait much longer since we had errands to run. We were then told that we couldn't get a refund since only a Manager could do that. Where was the manager? Apparently nowhere to be found. I ended up taking the Mrs. home and then went back to get our food. I arrive at 6:30pm (45 minutes after our scheduled pickup time) and our food still wasn't ready. At this point I noticed that several folks that had come in much later than me, already had their food. I asked how much longer I needed to wait and they said it should be done in 15 minutes or so. Long story short...we ended up waiting an hour to get our food. No burger is worth that long of a wait. We had a terrible experience and will not be going back. We have been going to Five Guys for years and will never go back to that store. After formally complaining to corporate, we can collect a "free french fry". Not worth our time.

Liked it!the fries was delicious and plain!the place was cool,bathrooms were neat! The burger sandwich was ok,not very great!no fat at all....I'll open my business (soon)with new fries style ,great burger.I have my special and heavenly receipt! 😊
