This location has gone downhill lately..willing to update this review but I doubt they will get the chance. They messed up my order pretty badly last time, gave me the wrong drink and my sandwich had less meat and lettuce on it than I've ever seen from JJs. They promised me a credited refund which was never applied. Ordered again today, despite not having any credit on my account, and the sandwich came fairly late, bread was very dry and overcooked, and again almost no lettuce. Looks like I will stick to ordring from work, since the location by my workplace is much better.

The food is ok, would of given more stars but they fail to follow directions more often than not. Ask for light ice, I get a full cup of ice… Ask for them to come in side with time 15 min time window and they show up early or much later. Ask that they don’t cut the wheat bread I pay $1 extra dollar for and they cut it anyway. Ask for no Mayo… seems to mean add Extra MAYO.. Tossed a few subs out because of it… They've forgotten my drink 4 times over the past 9 months. (Not to bad) I don’t even know why I tip the driver, outside of knowing they don’t make the subs 80% of the time.

So I work less than a mile from this store. I have been ordering food here at least once a week if not more for over 3 years. I only take 1/2 hour lunches and like ordering from here because it's usually pretty quick. Not today. I ordered my sandwich 15 mins before taking my lunch to make sure it would be here on time, figured 45 minutes was long enough to make and deliver a freaky fast sandwich. After waiting for over 40 mins I called and they said the driver should already be here. Trusting they were giving me correct info I continued to wait. Waited another 15 mins before I had to go back in to work late from my break and still with no lunch. I called to cancel my order and one of your workers hung up on me. I called again thinking we just got disconnected. He hung up on me again! Asked to speak with a manager when I called back a 4th time since ordered my sandwich and the manager, Lorenzo, told me I was hung up on because they were busy. I'm not sure what business hangs up on people when they are busy and then has a manager use that as an excuse but it's not one that's getting my money again. I will be sure to tell my friends and family as well as the people in my building at work about your piss poor service. If you got a number to a place in the area that can deliver sandwich on time send, it my way!

Great customer service & fast friendly staff! They went above and beyond to help me as I was on crutches! Super thankful to go into an establishment and be welcomed with multiple smiles and great people.

40 minutes to deliver a quarter mile away. I can get a pizza here in 30 minutes from a mile away.
