Jack In The Box

I've never had a single issue with this place. Good menu, Breakfast 24 hours a day, nice drive thru, and great customer service. Something about the place doesn't make it to memorable, it needs something to make people remember how nice it great it was there. As for cleanliness, it was great. Everything was clean and nice. Thanks Jack in the Box for your great service 👍

We stopped into this Jack in the Box tonight and, in addition to shake machine being broken and the very slow service, we gave them back the sodas because they tasted like they didn’t have enough syrup. I felt I had to substitute a shake with a soda and the soda didn’t taste right, so I wanted to get my money back. The person at the drive through window didn’t really understand and the manager came to the window. We explained that the sodas didn’t taste right and could they take them back and the manager got a little belligerent, saying this was the first complaint like this, and we said sorry, but they don’t taste right. He said do you want juice or water, but we said we just wanted them to take the sodas. I was very tired and we had already waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru, so we gave up and let them have both our money and our sodas. Won’t be coming here again.

Some-what difficult to access location by vehicle due to location. Always love Jack-In The-Box. We got a trainee at the counter, which is fine, but our order was not filled correctly. They were polite and prompt in correcting the order.

Consistently good service, tasty fast food, good management. Like their shakes, best ones for drive-thru.
