Taco Bell

Our “quick” Taco Bell run at 10pm through the drive thru took 20 minutes to just get our food! The car in front of us sat and waited for 5 minutes before they even asked for their order! If you want fast food this is NOT the place to go!

I was asked how I was doing this evening, after telling the gentleman I was doing OK, just trying to avoid the crowd, He said you know you could come into the store... You won't have to deal with the drive-through line. 1st, my reply wasn't about the drive-through line.l it was about general holiday traffic and crowds. 2nd, Duh. Some of us don't wanna buckle & unbuckle our children, that in itself can add 10 minutes anywhere. There's obviously a reason I'm coming through the drive-through. Main Irritation.... I Was charged for 2 items I didn't order. I told the gentleman I would pay for one of the items as I felt bad, maybe it was a misunderstanding ... then I found out I was actually charged for 3 items I did not order. The 7 layer Burrito was made so poorly it tasted like a bean burrito until I was more than halfway through the entire thing. Worst experience.

Being held hostage in your drive through for 20 minutes was fun. How does anything take that long? Only two cars in front of us. You need to get it together Happy Valley TB. 11:23 pm in your drive through right now. I could have literally cooked at home in the time it took to order and get our 2 items. Which were barely warm. Ugh.

A bit on the slower side, but my orders are always correct and well made. The workers seem cheerful and efficient.

Do not go here they will get your order wrong every single time. Multiple occasions where I have gotten stale chips and tomatoes in my food when I’ve ordered them without, when ever we try to call them and let them know they didn’t do their job correctly they never answer, assuming they know it’s going to be a complaint becuase I am sure it happens all the time. So with that being said don’t waist 20 mins waiting in line becuase your order and your food will be gross. Oh and taste your soda before you leave it will most likely be watered down.
