Worst McDonald’s ever! Always some kind of problem with the food and/or the service. The day or night manager is awesome and helpful

Charged my card three times for the same transaction, called customer service and was told I would have to get a paper copy of my bank statement and bring it to their office before they could back it off. Been in the restaurant business for 20 years and I know they can produce a credit card report for the date and time i gave them and back off the transaction instantly. Was told that I would have to wait for the district manager to call me back if I didn’t want to do a bunch of leg work and drive across town to get my $6 discount. Ridiculous

I didn't appreciate that she spilled some of my overcooked french fries onto the floor as she handed them to me, but she did apologize and said that they are training, so I will just take one star off. I have not had many problems in the past at this location, as far as I can remember anyway.

Food is what you expect from McDonald’s. Most of the time it’s hot. However, They. Take. Forevvvveeerrrr. Consistently waiting in line.
