This place was mostly empty, so I expected being the only customer I would have been more impressed with the customer service I received. It was alright not great. I asked questions and when I was provided incomplete answers I was made to feel like it was my fault that nothing was clearly labeled. See the photo of the pricing system for their unlabelled sizes and also thumb tacked to a wall that is nowhere near the menu. Overall the food was overpriced and not greatest quality.
Friendly staff, promptly problem solved when customer complained about Diet Coke. Food was good, however I wish they would make the tortillas larger for the soft tacos so they could properly fold them!! Once placed in wrapper everything tends to fall out in the wrapper or while trying to eat it. Not the locations fault obviously! Restaurant could be a little cleaner and signage for ordering and paying could be better.
I specifically ask for no tomatoes and somehow always end up with tomatoes in my burritos.
Went there ordered lunch beef taco. Mexi fries delux. Bottle of water. To go. They handed me my bag off to work I go. Not impressed the delux fries were missing all ingredients no tomatoes, no onion, or sour cream. Only thing on them was this cheese that doesn't even look right and ground beef. OH and not bottle of water. Looks like their oil needs changing too the fries were so dark. I ate what I could because I was hungry but disappointed
I have eaten at this place many times and have been happy with the food and the servicethe very helpful young man. We go to the location to order and pick up try to help the local business avoid skip the dishes etc fees Recently we arrived to order the the older guy that is not as friendly as the young guywho was there as well, said just a minute and appeared to be busy filling a skip the dishes order. Ok no problem. Skip the dishes gal comes in and takes the order. The guy doesn’t look up and tells the young kid to start working on the other skip the dishes order while we were left standing there. We stood there for approximately 5 min and walked up. He did not even say a word to us … not sorry hey come back or thank up. Try to support local but sometimes it bites you and leaves u hungry.
What a nice interaction with 2 young men at Taco time in Spruce Grove. They politely ask some questions, they were genuinely interested in public access with service dogs, and are now educated. One even knew the origin of Zions name and was so proud to tell me about it. See it’s not hard, be like Taco Time :
I ordered through skip the dishes and specifically asked for no sour cream. And for the second time they added it. Apparently the staff needs to be better trained at reading. Very very disappointed and can’t eat it when so much sour cream is added. No this is not an allergy, just a bad experience with bad sour cream in the past.
The food is always good and so is the customer service but their ratio of meat/cheese/lettuce is disappointing. They put on way too much lettuce for the amount of meat and there is barely any cheese. The food tastes good but the ratios make me not want to eat here anymore.
This is the single worst restaurant I have ever received food from. Words do not begin to describe the level of disappointment I feel right now. I wasted time, money, and energy with this "establishment".
Like many others, I have no issue with the food. But the staff is terrible. I work close by and several of us from work will go there every week. Instead of all of us going we often send one person with a few orders. This for some reason angers them. I guess it is too difficult to make 10 tacos and let us pay for them on two or three orders. Today I pay for everyone because I’m tired of them complaining. The only thing I asked was for them to separate two of the tacos into a different bag because they were a different order than the other 8. He looked at me, marked a red X on them, and tossed them in the same bag. Rude, unprofessional, must hate their job.
