All hours are by appointment only, SFHC does not have a walk-in clinic.

Monday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am to 8:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am to 8:00pm
Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 10:30am to 2:00 pm
