I've had such amazing experiences with the owner and her business. She's so helpful and her products are amazing! Its been just recently that i have been mildly disappointed with the customer service from one employee. I havent seen the owner in a while and have been short of being helped by this employee. I love the products here and have ample questions as i'm still somewhat new to the "natural" product lines which the owner always answered and then some! But now all i get from this employee is "no" when asked if they carry a particular product, no elaboration or offer of a suggestion of something similar that they have. The glare and response "i dont know anything about that" has also been a response by this employee. I would always recommend Natural Solutions to anyone, even considering my experience with this particular employee because of how amazing the owner is and once again, her products.. Its awesome that there is a place like this in this small town! Love it there!
