SO happy with my experience with the entire team of skin care specialists at Horizon Family Medicine! This past year I've dealt with the worst acne of my entire life.. in my 30's... and regular peels and use of quality face products are making a huge difference in the severity of my break-outs! Highly recommend their team of specialists for skin care concerns!
I have been seeing Dr. Comeau for skin treatments since 2018 and have gotten wonderful results. Having a cosmetic clinic right in town is extremely convenient. It is always a delight to speak with him and his staff.
I have a family doctor at this location who is rather hard to get into. I have been having ongoing back pain from an injury in March. The walk in doctor Dr. Ngeth that I saw today was completely useless and rather rude. I was upset, frustrated, exhausted and I told him that I was on the verge of killing myself because of the pain. He barely listened to what I had to say and sent me on my way with more physical therapy and no answers as to why. I left the office completely defeated and even more upset. I will refuse to see this doctor going forward and I will find another family doctor in an office. Definately do not recommend this office for anything besides a minor cold or sprain.. Oh and I asked for a renewal on my prescription for Ativan, he gives me ONE TABLET!
Must be new lady answering the phone. Cause she was rude. Wouldn’t help me out. In any way. I’ve been going there for 4 years. Currently I’m out of province atm. And need a refill requisition faxed out to Ontario. For my blood thinning pills.she won’t do it. And the clinics out here is booked up every morning by 930 the passed week. to fill the day of walk in times ?? Like ??? Maybe one of the original staff lady’s that are always smiling and happy to help that know me could call me back. Thank you.
The doctor here diagnosed previously diagnosed by MRI vascular malformation as plantar fasciitis and sent me home with a worksheet of stretches. I had to essentially beg for a referral to a vascular surgeon, which he thought was unnecessary.
Great experience with skin care and I have trust in Dr. Comeau, it's great to have him in Sylvan Lake.
Great staff and Dr Comeau is fantastic!
Poor quality of service and patient care.
