So today I drove to Camis in Sylvan, a 30 minute drive, and arrived 20 minutes early, but I thought I’d call them anyway as they had asked when booking the appointment, and see what happens. I ended up leaving a voicemail. After 20 minutes and still no call I decided to go to the door where I saw a sign saying that if my appointment hadn’t been confirmed by a phone call to please call. Well I had already called and left a voicemail, so I thought, ok well maybe they’re busy, Covid and all. I continued to wait another 15 minutes, my bladder was bursting so I decided to go in and talk to them. Upon entering I explained from the door that my bladder was bursting and I’d have to rebook if I wasn’t going to get to a bathroom soon. I was asked if I’d called I said yes, and that I’d left a voicemail. Now this is where I’m a bit peeved. I was asked my name and asked to come closer to the counter. I told her and I was asked to have a seat. The gal went down the hall and then a nice young technician, Kelsey, waited on me! She was excellent. As far as the front desk girls, well first of all; check your voicemail, and when someone walks in you could at least acknowledge that someone is there, even a smile or a nod, something so I know that you know I’m there. And own up to your mistake and at least apologize and I wouldn’t be writing this review. Thank you Kelsey you did a great job.
I spoke with a lovely receptionist today who seriously helped me out big time! She went completely out of her way to call dynalife lab for my up coming appointments. Thank you for being understanding and supportive, you definitely eased my concerns!
To the lady who did my ultrasound yesterday. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. I sure hope you don’t speak to everyone the way you did to me. I was only asking you some questions out if concern and you were so annoyed to answer me and really wasn’t answering my question you just kept saying like I told you already .... almost hollering at me, you even spoke to my 11 yr old disrespectfully. I will never go back here I would rather drive to red deer where I have been a lot before and have never been treated that way. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and the doctor spoke to me with kindness and respect maybe you should take a lesson from your co workers.
What kind of an imaging place has a visibly pregnant tech do an ultrasound for miscarriage? How insensitive is that?? And when my husband called to speak to someone about it later the lady on the phone could not have cared at all at the insensitivity of the situation.
Such a wonderful friendly office! The ladies at the front desk were so happy - they just made me day!
