I want to thank the person who helped me today. I was trying on a lot of clothes and she gave me some suggestions. Ended up buying the best shirt I've ever bought. It's nice to have people who know the fits so well and also can size the customer. Sydneys is the only place I shop at for clothing that has diligent design and quality materials. Way better than filling your closet with "mall" clothing.

Wonderful experience. Sydney helped me pick out a shoe that fit what I wanted and gave expert advice for care and cleaning. Incredibly confident, knowledgeable, and willing to explain his recommendations in detail. I would happily go again for a suit or other clothes in the future!

Such a pleasure shopping here compared to the chain stores, and you can see the quality is there, both in the clothing and customer service. The customer service at this store is one of the best I have received in Toronto. They go above and beyond even for little things, such as being offered water if you have to wait for a dressing room, to giving expert fashion advice. This store is a highlight of my trips downtown to Queen West.

Disappointed with how they handled a simple request. Needed measurements and they had noone in the store. Instead of being helpful they were rude. Treat everyone with respect.

Unbelievably knowledgeable, helpful and excellent service. Will certainly return in the future for all suit purchases. Highly recommend.
