I actually only came here to return something, but I wanted to mention that the cashier who served me was so kind. I wish I could remember her name, but her ID from my bill is "mv8255," she was so friendly.

I prefer this one over the one in Eaton Center. The selection is a little less, but the experience is much better. Less people, and very helpful and friendly workers!

The staff was extremely mean, and I do not want to ever go there again. I purchased some clothes online and unfortunately some of them did not fit well, so I went to this store for a return. It was 7:30 pm, and their regular work hour was until 8pm. The Indian? staff, who was slim and looked like a gay, told me their machine had already been closed in a rude tone, while obviously there were several customers paying by their credit cards. I had to be strict in order to get my own right, and the guy kept recommending me doing an exchange instead of returning. In that process, he also tried to fool me by telling several wrong information intentionally. (including the amount of money I can be back) 

PS: The guy looked like an Indian, but spoke quite fluent English. And I am almost sure he is a gay. (it is not discrimination. I just want to tell you guys if you have to go there, try to avoid this guy.)
