I always enjoy browsing around this boutique and discussing the designers featured in the store. I bought a pair of Les Tropeziennes sandals here two summers ago and they are still in good shape. Really beautiful selection of jewellery too!

This is far and away my favourite shop in the city. The beauty and integrity of the products always make me happy to own and use. Because so many of their items are so special and delicate I take extra care to tread softly and be respectful. It probably makes sense to inform customers that Caroline and Mateo do have an unspoken expectation you treat the items you try on with extra respect. This isn't a mall shop. (Not saying the negative reviewer was at fault, just wanted to clarify the type of shop it is.)

The salesperson, who may have been the owner, clearly believed I was unworthy of touching the clothing at his establishment, as he rudely took them out of my hands to rehang them on the hanger while saying "excuse me" in the most condescending and cold manner. I really don't know how to articulate this experience as I have never been treated with such little respect. I have also never written a bad review. In general, I have a lot of patience. I am literally a kindergarten teacher. And i believe in small businesses!!! I grew up with hardworking parents, running three thriving businesses who taught me kindness and respect and the value of customer service. So when I visit a store that is so dismissive of its customers, it really rubs me the wrong way. I won't be returning and I hope that you all take your business elsewhere too!

Such a cute, beautiful little place. Lovely collection of unique jewellery. I got a very dainty, precious, rose coloured ring today. The shop staff were kind and friendly. This shop is unlike any other. Will be back for more unique pieces.
