Purchased 2 Torrent 3L with end of season sale it was a great deal. Limited colour and sizes. Would have liked it to have a mesh lining & more pockets, particularly inside. Had several salespeople offer to assist. When we made an inquiry the salesperson was quick to assist but did not return to check on us after bringing us another jacket to look at. The cashier was amazing, took the time to show how to fold up the jacket and information on care and warranty.
The customer service at this location and throughout Patagonia is outstanding. We had a warranty issue from a 10 year old jacket and the matter was resolved so quickly and without the hassle you might experience with other companies. This was our first experience with a warranty issue with Patagonia, but it’s so admirable when a company stands behind their products. Even damage from general wear and tear can be repaired at a reasonable cost. We will definitely be purchasing more from Patagonia. Built to last, but when something goes wrong their ironclad guarantee is there for you. My first Patagonia purchase was on a whim, but Patagonia will be my first choice going forward. I should note the only moment of confusion was when the associate at the store said the jacket was 20 years old 2001 and probably purchased on sale around 2012-2014 when we roughly remember purchasing it, but the customer service rep from the States said it was from 2011. I don’t remember it being on sale I always do and 2012-2014 lines up better since I wouldn’t be purchasing an adult jacket as a 10-12 year old in 2001. Regardless though, the simplicity and customer today with this matter was amazing and I wish I could give Patagonia and this location more stars. Thanks again!!!
A nice selection in store with repair service and helpful instructions on how to clean your various purchases. Staff are quite nice too.
My partner and I decided to get a gift and found what we were looking for even during the holiday rush. The staff and cashier were very helpful and even told us the directions on how to care for the items. Although a little more on the pricey side - they do have a lifetime repair warranty of course subject to terms and conditions but still I think a great purchase for our friends as they are pretty outdoorsy people and really enjoyed their gifts.
I bought a jacket today but when I got home, I found a security tag still in the jacket. So I had to go to the store again to take off the security tag. I spent my extra hour and money to get there again but all I got is "sorry". What great customer service!!!
I was hoping to return an item for which I had lost the receipt - the store had a record in their system props to Ingrid and I was able to effortlessly return the item for store credit, in the middle of the COVID pandemic, no less!
Brought in 5 year old Tres parka for repair. Zipper. Again. Repaired last April. 8 weeks to get it back. They replaced the Tres with a new one! Excellent customer service.
Purchased a Hi Loft down sweater winter jacket for my daughter last winter. The coat has not held up, feathers are coming out of all seams not visible holes I find it crazy that I need to pay to send it in for warranty inspection or wait 20 weeks for Patagonia to fix it. Patagonia should rethink the customer experience. This will be my last purchase.
Really helpful staff who clearly are able to share their outdoor experiences and great advice. We'll worth a visit.
This Patagonia is awesome! Staff are super friendly and helpful and regularly give back to local Southern Ontario grass-roots environmental orgs. Very knowledgeable and always hold up Patagonia's product guarantee. Who would have thought that you'd find such awesome people in the middle of King St?
