Get Fresh Company

I used to shop here quite a bit, but lately the customer service has been unacceptable. I recently returned a product for which I couldn't receive a cash refund - turns out only exchanges and store credit are accepted (which was never informed at check-out, but I realized when returning there's a small sign at check-out, so that's on me). I've been coming back for the last three months to try and purchase a scoop hoodie and put my store credit to use. I've been waiting on a scoop hoodie for well over a year and was told my email was on their mailing list for when they would be in-store - I was told it should be only a matter of a few weeks. Over a year later, still no scoop hoodies in stock. Recently I was told the scoop hoodies are only sold at their warehouse location...little to my surprise my gift card cannot be used at the warehouse but can only be used in-store. So, ultimately I just used the store credit on a random item I likely have no use for. At the same time, I tried to exchange two shirts for a different size (which is outlined as being acceptable in their return/exchange policy). One of the shirts had another size whereas the other didn't. It was quite the process to try and exchange sized for the one shirt with an available size. Moreover, I was told that for the shirt which another size is not available that I could not exchange for a different shirt of same value and nor could I return it for a store credit (but policy says I can?!). Ultimately, what I've realized is that you have to be completely sure, without any degree of uncertainty, on any product that you purchase because returns/exchanges/store credits don't exist. ps. bought a scoop hoodie from vitaly after the one year wait.

GFC is doing it right. Great layout, genuine sales reps, killer product, great price point. You guys are going to do really well with this brand. Thanks!

Wonderful service, Kool atmosphere. Has a large amount of clothing selection. Was very happy I found what I liked.

Has a great time here at a TFC Pop Up event. Bought some great exclusive gear to represent TFC this season.
