Far East Chinese Food

I would give this a zero as customer service is non existent. When i asked for info on a dish i wasn't familiar with, the polite response i received was "if you don't know, don't order". Ok, can someone else tell me about the dish? Answer: "you don't have to order" and then hung up! If you don't know what your own product why are you there? In addition we are all immigrants who have to speak a common language to communicate efficiently. If you can't hack that, then why station yourself in that position?

The food is okay. The lady that works there has always been rude. She doesn't speak English very well and she's always yelling. The General Tao chicken is really good though.

I would give this place a zero if i could. Just call and try to place an order and you'll see what I mean. Lady taking orders is the rudest person I have ever come across in my entire life! When I POLITELY called back to ask them if they accepted debit for delivery she literally yelled back "WE NEVER TAKE DEBIT!" I asked her why she was yelling and her response was "DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT?!" I have no clue this place is still in business.

Look it's a chinese place, don't expect them to be nice. To them yelling is nice enough. The food is great tho. The place is a north eastern chinese place. North easterns aren't very good at english.

My family has been ordering frome here for the last 25+ years. It's my favourite Chinese food ever. Can't say enough good things about them.
