Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

My wife and I went to Swiss Chalet roast ears on Victoria Street. We were greeted fairly promptly then seated the greeter was friendly. Our waitress took our drink order came back with the drinks promptly and then took our meal order. My wife ordered white chicken meat with shrimp and rice pilaf. She said her meal was awesome the chicken was thoroughly cooked juicy shrimps were perfect rice pilaf was great. I ordered a half chicken dinner with fries coleslaw on the side. I started off with a garden salad house dressing. The salad was awesome the multiple different leaves fresh crisp the Cabbage carrots and etcetera that were in the salad all fresh all crisp the house salad dressing is awesome it's like a cross between Catalina and French dressing it's awesome highly recommended. My meal was excellent meat thoroughly cooked but juicy Fry's work perfect and their coleslaw sweet creamy it's fantastic coleslaw. Our waitress was friendly totally professional on the ball fast. Total Service overall full 5-star.

This is the most terrible food experience I have ever incountered! The waitress doesn’t know English and is very rude and snotty. Got the ribs and wings, with fries and a bun, the rib was disgusting with a gross sauce on it and everything else was cold. NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE, DISGUSTING!

Love the service at the drive through and I get some piping hot chicken and fries. Love this location!

My chicken had unknown blue substance underneath it. The waitress addressed it as if it was no big deal. I had to ask for a new piece of chcicken because she made it seem as if it was not a problem. Pretty disappointed in one of my favorite places.

We decided to go to lunch today at Swiss Chalet on Victoria Street in Kitchener. When we got there, I asked to sit at the back of the restaurant. The hostess gave us attitude about our choice of seating. It went down hill from there. The food was cold and when I informed the waitress she just gave me a look like she didn't care. We paid and left. Never going to That swiss chalet again.
