Been here a couple times lately and the place seems to be consistently dirty and slow. There are always people waiting for food even though there is always plenty of staff. Order accuracy isn't very good either as they made mistakes the last two times I went.

Absolutely love A&W, however, the prices are insane! Asked for a mozzarella burger with onion rings and a juice, came to 14$ in change! Thats how much a gourmet burger is  at a sit down restaurant! I had to say I'm sorry that's way too much and drove off.

Was given cold and stale chicken fingers at drive thru @ 5:30 pm, Sunday March 25. They looked like 3 pieces of meat that someone previously used as hockey pucks. Bad form mates, this shouldn't be the time of day to serve old cold food. I gave the location at Conestoga Mall 5 stars because they follow the basic A&W model for success. This location is a trash heap ran by high school dropouts.

Understaffed for starters. Morning after St Pattys day, manger should have known it would be busy with students. Tables and garbage area were horrible, looked like it hadn't been cleaned all morning, I was there at 11:30. No room to put anything. My order was wrong too asked for chges on burger didn't happen. FYI had confirmed changes when order placed. And please turn some heat on in bathroom and turn on some hot water.

Everybody standing around...waited 20 minutes for burger.  Manager taking to Employees not about the job.  Burger was cold and washrooms stunk.  Not even worth 1 STAR!!!
