Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

We arrived and the place was hopping! Even as busy as they were, Service was great. This time of year has the festive dinners available and who can resist? Had the quarter chicken-rib combo. Fantastic! Their ribs are as they say, fall off the bone. Not dried out and very good indeed! More times than not, always have a good experience here. Have been coming here for twenty plus years. Consistent and dependable!

Every time I get take out they get the simplest order wrong. The first time I decided to finally complain I was accused of trying to steal my meal. Thank god i found the receipt so I could prove that I did order my meal and they made it incorrectly. Again today get take out, quarter white and dark with gravy. I bring it home and see that I got 2 dark meat with chalet sauce. So I decided to call since the last time I was accused of trying to steal food. I mentioned that this happens almost every time and was told I should check my bag to make sure the food is right. I’m sorry don’t I pay you to do that ?! The resolution was to send me food. Thanks now I have to eat alone as everyone else has eaten their meal. Will not dine here anymore (take out ) anyways. Advice: better customer service please and maybe better mangagement... work on your take out service. It’s not cheap! To make that many mistakes.

first time to SC, feel like writing a review. Chicken is ok, my fries are clearly reheated. they make normal, average, acceptable food, doesn't make me want to eat again though.

Found the servers to not be very pleasant with customers. Food was of course typical Swiss chalet but could have been severed a little hotter.

It's Swiss Chalet, so it's the same food and atmosphere as the rest of them. The service at this location is better than at other locations.
