Domino's

This location is terrible. They constantly deliver late and bring us old, cold pizza. This is really disappointing since we always had such great service in Guelph (before we moved). Recently our order sat in 'quality check' for over half an hour and we were given a hard time when we called the store and requested that the pizza was remade before delivering. We will not be ordering from Domino's again as it is just a pain in the ass to deal with them!

This place used to make really good pizzas around 4 months back or so. But recently every single time I have ordered from here, the pizza has been terrible. Barely any cheese and toppings and it is really really dry. Wonder what happened to them. They have started making pizzas similar to the Domino's on Columbia street.

Usually a great location, however, this time I got pick up and I should have checked before I left. I didn’t and when I went to go eat my pizza I was wrong. I double checked my email and the sticker on the box and the order was correct. I somehow ended up with a hybrid of two different feast pizzas. At this point I didn’t have the energy to drive back but I shouldn’t have had to.

Always very friendly. With work, we do some large orders and they are really accommodating!

I try to call for Pick Up and the phone says NOT ACCEPTING Calls. I try to use the app on my phone for with as too continue my points and view the Tracker AND GUESS WHAT a pop up stating your store isn't accepting online orders for Delivery please change to carry out. I CHANGE TO CARRY OUT...... AND GUESS WHAT THIS STORE is not accepting online orders. Now I need to find a Philly Cheese Steak pizza from a different restaraunt. Not Happy
