Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Im only giving it 1 star so i can review it. 1 star is still too much to give to this joke of a restaurant! Will not return to this location ever again!!! 20 minutes to have a server come to our table. Then waited 15 minutes to get 2 salads and 20 minutes to get a soup (which was to be in a bowl but came in a cup) Only 2 servers on shift and it was fairly busy. Two tables by us had issues. One got wrong order the other tables food was cold. A family behind us got up and walked out. They waited 15 minutes and still didn't have their drinks!!! Our food finally came and the order was wrong and the other 2 their food was COLD!!!! Asked to see manager. Waited 25 minutes and he still didn't come to help so i told the server we were not eating the food and we got up and walked out.  Clearly the manager doesn't care about his customers or the service he is to provide as he still didn't come out when we were leaving. Have had issues with take out there also. Order is always wrong or something is missing. We ended up going to the Swiss Chalet on Erin Mills by the highway ramp and everything was fantastic ! !! Got seated right away food came out fairly quickly and was hot and proper order and staff was friendly. I recommend avoiding this place so it can shut down and go to the Erin Mills location instead!!!

This was the best meal we have had at a Swiss Chalet in quite some time. We went with the CAA deal of 2 quarter chicken dinners (upgraded to white meat). They were cooked perfectly... not even the wing tips were charred. The fries were fresh and tasty. The service was decent. Heck... we even got 7 whole Scene points.

Absolutely horrible location. 
Horrible wait times, along with cold chicken.
Stay away! If this is the closest location to your home, i would recommend seeking out an alternate swiss chalet

Used to be great a long time ago. Downhill ever since new owner came. Rude owner. Staff are fine for the most part. Understaffed. And poor quality food.

This my local Neighborhood Swiss. Every time I go in the manager is yelling at an employee. My takeout orders are always missing buns or Swiss sauce. And when I bring it to the managers attention that the order wasn’t filled properly yet I paid for the things that were not in the bag… You would think he would apologize and offer me the items that I paid for. You would think!!! Great staff terrible management.
