Kanda Sushi

I go once in awhile, out of convenience. Some of the staff are rude. They don't seem to have proper customer service training and how to properly handle food. They would sometimes handle dishes with their fingers touching the food, which I find disgusting. Also, this happened quite often when I go there, I would ask for more tea, they would forget it the first time, then I would ask again, same thing happens, forgot again. Third time I would ask, then the same server I had ask for a refill would yell across the restaurant and ask "what do you want?" Really?! Although, when it's time to pay for the bill they suddenly become all pleasant. "roll eyes" I will never go back there, not really worth it. There are better AYCE places with better customer service.

It's okay. IPad service. Mediocre decor, menu and sushi. We come here once a week for the convenience and menu. Usually not busy, but we typically go around 1:00 PM on a Saturday. Service: the servers are here to take your drink order and deliver your food; I'm not looking for conversation. Maybe we get better service because we're here so often or come during nom-busy hours? They've missed bringing us dishes (maybe 1 in 30). Avoid coming around 3:30 PM. Service is changing over from lunch to dinner (which requires some logistics changeovers) and the servers are cycling around for their meal break. We usually come earlier than this and they were in a hurry to take last calls.

Good service. Great food. I love that they have the iPad ordering system. Sushi was delicious, except for one order that was supposed to be cold, but was served relatively warm and tasted gamey. Other than that. Would definitely recommend. Will absolutely be returning.

Food is not great for the price. Stuff is very rude. They never smile and just drop plates in front of you without a word. If you ask for anything they will put you down for your own money. I am not going there anymore. The prices don't justify the service and quality

Rude staff. Ask for something three times and don't expect to get it. Servers literally walk away as you ask for things. Beat just hey take out from this place. A restaurant of convenience rather than preference. Watch out for chipped plates and hair in food but don't bother saying anything because they don't give af
