Pizza Hut

If i could give this 0 stars i would. We waited over 2 hours for pizza (ordered at 7:30pm it arrived closer to 10pm) and tried calling the store 15x with no answer to find out what is going on. When the pizza finally arrived we spoke to the manager on the phone she was extremely rude and condensending and acting also like we wanted the pizza for free. In the end we gave the pizza back to the driver and ordered from pizza pizza. TERRIBLE customer service. We made a complaint to pizza hut head office line. This location we have known for 20+ years and now whoever owns it has terrible service. Will not be ordering from them again! Do not recommend this location to anyone!

I was very fond of Pizzas from Pizza Hut. But the last two recent experiences have forced me to look elsewhere. This is the second time I have ordered Pizza from this location. Once know for high quality, now it seems to have gone down in tube. I ordered a large size Vegetarian Pizza which came with not only with thin slice but also with a thin layer of cheese and toppings. One would really need a microscope to see where the cheese and the toppings were sprinkled. Disappointed! Not sure if it's this particular location or the corporate has downgraded their quality I was accustomed to enjoy. I was very fond of Pizzas from Pizza Hut. But the last two recent experiences will now force me to look elsewhere for Pizza.

The customer service was horrible. Saw the manager just standing on the side on his phone. Took about 10min to take my order would never recommend this location. The manager is very unprofessional right in the front, manager had a fight with the employee WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA JUST AT ALL

I ordered a pizza from this location at approx 8:29pm It arrived at 10:21pm Not only did it arrive LATE and COLD it was also the wrong order. Cheese was cold and hard the pizza was extremely thin which I did not order !! I had called the store directly and spoke to the manager and she was acting as if I’m trying to mooch a free pizza and offered me $10 dollars off. I told the idiot I would rather pay full price and never order from you again!!! She had no manners and absolutely no customer service what so ever. When the delivery guy arrived he looked as cold as the pizza and confused he gave me the entire bag with the pizza inside!!!! Didn’t take it out and hand it to me like a normal Pizza delivery guy! This location and service is horrible will never order from them again. And if I was able to give a zero rating I would - their only option is a 1 Star Fuc**** pathatic!!!! Surprised this place isn’t shut down!!!

If I can give this location 0 stars I would. They have the worst customer service. I ordered my pizza at 8:30pm and I didn't get it until 10:15pm. The staff at the location were so unhelpful and even worse was the manager Solar who was completely unapologetic. Once the pizza finally arrived, it was stale and cold and it wasn't even the correct order. When I called they had me on hold for 15min and transferred me to the wrong location 2x. When I finally got a hold of the 3rd customer service representative, she told me that location isn't answering their phones. Save yourself the heachace and order from somewhere else, absolutely horrible service!!
