Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Food was delivered to table we never recieved napkins or silverware..server said would be back with those in a minute. Waited 10 minutes with food sitting on table to receive a fork.. still no napkins or drinks..we were told that they were short on silverware and he would bring us the knives when available..started on salad as that was the only thing that didn't need to be cut.. watched other tables receive silverware.. 20minutes passed while I sat fuming to get service..actually had to pull another server off her tables to get attention. Knives delivered 5 mins later.. food cold and being super pissed that i still didnt have a drink...off my husband went to find a manager... another customer actually had to tell her server that I was angry and hadn't had any service. They brought us out drinks. They offered to remake our food. What a joke I wanted to get the hell out of there.. I hadn't touched my food so that was adjusted on the bill and I left the full plate on the table. I've never reviewed anything before but I am so angry they don't deserve business. We were the only table that I could see that was completely ignored.. BAD service.. Will never go back.

Ribs were great the service was terrifc great wauy to round off the day.

This Chalet site is by far the most clean and efficient restaurant. The wait staff are extremely friendly, and more then helpful. I'm always very satisfied with the service, and the food is an exceptional quality. Keep up the great job guys. Many Thanks J.
