Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

So happy to eat here in st. Catherine's, Ontario The Swiss chalet restaurants in British Columbia are all closed. Food was delicious with huge portions. Service was excellent!!! Unfortunately I can't come here again unless I'm in this part of the world.
When my children and I visited your restaurant, there were only a few customers dining at the time. One of your staff members kindly seated us at the table we requested. After we had already settled in, another staff member approached us and asked us to move because we had a stroller and were apparently not allowed to sit in that area.nI understand if there is a safety or restaurant policy regarding strollers. However, if that was the case, we should have been seated at an appropriate table from the beginning. Instead, we were asked to move after we had already gotten settled with our children, which was both inconvenient and embarrassing.nUnfortunately, this experience left us feeling unwelcome. Rather than moving to another table, we decided to leave the restaurant altogether. Because of how this situation was handled, we have decided that we will not be returning to this branch in the future.nI hope this feedback helps improve the experience for other families with young children. A simple explanation and apology, along with seating guests appropriately from the start, would make a significant difference.
I've been coming here for decades with my family and it's always a pleasure to dine here. Mark is the best server. We always ask to sit in his section. My parents met here when my mom worked as a server so I kinda owe my existence to this Swiss Chalet.
I love love LOVE the four cheese spinach dip, I think it could honestly temporarily cure my depression. It's the best, highly recommend I give it a 5 star rating. Amazing environment. Food is great. And service is good.
Picked up 2 can dine last night and the guy behind the counter didn't seem very friendly. Everything looked good till I got to the bottom of the chicken leg and it was slimy pink and definitely not cooked enough. This has happened several times at this location and the Glendale one.
