First of all, they said they didn’t carry any ice? What fast food place doesn’t have ice?! Also the fries were unsalted and no napkins in the bag. My chicken sandwich lacked so many toppings as well. Not going back to this location.

This is the only A&W I've ever been to that charges me to put the tiniest piece of lettuce on my burger. Staff is also hit and miss on being friendly.  Worth it to us to drive a bit further to the Welland Avenue  location in St. Catharines location to get full portions, friendly staff and no extra costs.

Cashier was rude, incompetent, and when me and my family tried to order she just looked at us, didnt place our order or anything. Almost like talking to a wall. That same cashier tied a garbage bag and DIDNT wash her hands then served a man his food right after? Gross.

Used a coupon but upgraded and added gray.nExtra items added to bill. Tried to get my refill and was ignored. Even left mug on counter and went to check on grand daughter. Came back mug was gone and ignored again.nHOT the young workers but the older team member who was very miserable.nI have heard bad things in the past but can say burgers are great and root beer as well.n$6 breakfast is decent too.nWill just go to other locations I guessnBrutal

I have been going to this location for years and it has always been great.  You saw the same friendly staff and your order was alway made quickly and correctly.nnI went last week for breakfast for the family and this location is under new management and from what I can see all of the staff has been replaced.  I ordered two all canadians and a pancake combo with a drink and hashbrown.  When I got home I found that the hashbrown was missing from the pancake order and one of the all canadians was missing the tomatoes.nnI chalked it up to new staff and decided to give them another chance.nnI returned this morning to pickup an all canadian and it was a disaster.  All of the new staff appeared confused and were running around not sure what to do.  I witnessed an older gentleman who had been coming there for years return his sandwich as it was not made correctly.  As always I explaned that I was taking my order home and did not need any cutlery, condiments or a bag as it was just a waste.  After more than 10 minutes my order was finally done not really fast food and I was handed a bag with everything that I had asked them to hold.nnI really miss the old staff and I will not be returning to this location.
