Subway Sandwiches Fairview Mall

Went to this location today and pretty disappointed with the way one staff member treated me compared to others. The woman at the cash was very nice, chatty and energetic with the male customer before me. However when it came time to take my order (I’m female) I was greeted with a what do you want? No hello, no smile and no politeness. She clearly wanted zero interaction with me, didn’t speak, not even to ask what toppings I wanted, she just stared at me until I told her. I think it’s very inappropriate for your staff to treat someone like that after very clearly being kind and probably flirting with the customer before me. Very rude and unprofessional.

I usually get a lot of toppings on my sub and it usually gets sloppy. I've never had that problem before with this store. Excellent service and excellent sub build quality.

Such a smileless cold place. I am not sure if it is correct to treat your customers like this. I will not go back again.

I wonder if the staff of this store ever smiles??? Employees always wear unnecessary attitude on their face also the subs are not upto the mark.

Fast, friendly and fresh. Everything that Subway is supposed to be and I will be back.
