Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

I'm on the hospitality industry and I was charged extra for crackers. Good old carbon tax . I also know that the amount they charge per pack is not even close to the cost of what they are.

My chicken was pink in several spots, felt raw and the waitress and manager both argued with me. They stated it was chicken fat and it could not be possible as it is cooked for 24 hours on rotisserie. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Cooks, servers and management clearly need better training. I should have read the reviews before eating at this location as several reviews state they had under cooked chicken from this location.

Went with family twice and we got an upset stomach and diarrhea each time. The best place to eat rotisserie chicken in the country is not Swiss Chalet, but Costco. Their rotisserie chicken is reason enough to be a member.

I had a great time here. The waitress wasn't the greatest with English but she was SO good and was very happy to serve us; waitress was 10/10. The food was great. I saw a bunch of bad reviews, I guess we got the good staff and the good food. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Ordered delivery ans received it about 15 minutes ago; when I opened my food, the chicken was visible undercooked and pink. I called the restaurant to inform them and it went to voicemail. Waste of money and won't eat here again. The only reason for 2 stars, is the stuffing and the mashed potatoes were good and edible. Edit: The phone was answered and the man I spoke to said a replacement is being run out to me and was told that if it's okay, that he will give me the replacement. Changed to 3 stars for the effort to make things right.
