Owner explained the different mattresses to us and had us try them to see which one was best for us. She was very knowledgeable and did not rush us through the process. She suggested pillows also to help with neck problems. Would recommend Sweet Dreams to family and friends. Cost was reasonable.

This place is amazing! Such a caring staff. I found my new amazing bed and frame that is going to help me sleep better. I can honestly say that I am very happy with how everything turned out. They even got it all set up in the truck and are delivering my grandparents bed tomorrow! Hands down best choice!💕

We have had an awesome experience with Sweet Dreams Mattress Ctr. It started 3 years ago when my niece purchased a memory foam mattress from there that she raved about. We needed a new queen for our guest room and the price she paid was so reasonable that we went up from Kansas City area and bought the same mattress. Everyone that came to visit loved our mattress. We just ordered several more beds for a family farmhouse, along with a new mattress for our master bedroom at home. Everything went smooth, but I was not "loving" the memory foam mattress I bought for our master. I called and Mari was so helpful! Even though the maker of the mattress didn't offer a trial period, she allowed us to return it and listened to likes and dislikes about the mattress. She set us up with a new mattress that we absolutely LOVE. She said they want their customers to sleep well and to be pleased with their mattress bought from them, and they truly stand behind what they say. We would not go any place else for our mattress needs. They also sell amazing sheets for a great price. We've purchased several sets because nothing we've found beats them. Thank Sweet Dreams for being a topnotch mattress company! We're so glad we made that trip from Kansas City to shop at your store!!!

We searched the internet for a specific king size headboard and found it on the Sweet Dreams website. We sent an email inquiring and they responded quickly to help us place an order. We live 3 hours away and were passing thru the Des Moines area 2 weeks later. They followed up with the distributor to make sure they could get it in time for our pickup. They were exceptional in service and communication. We picked up the headboard, they helped us load it and off we went. We are thrilled with our purchase and would highly recommend Sweet Dreams Mattress Center for their products and service.
