Best Buy

Always seems to busy. They do try to help you quickly. We always seem to be in there for long time while things get done. We were getting new phones. The young man that helped us was very personable and knowledgeable. He got everything taken care if for me so I had nothing to worry about or do later. Best Buy employees know how to take care of a customer. I will continue going there.

Had issues finding a product, ask an associate where it would be. They walked me to right where it was. Appreciate the extra effort given and not just told a vague "it's over there" Their business system prompts too many questions at point of sale

Helpful, knowledgeable, staff. They answered questions that were relevant to my purchasing decision and suggested options that I hadn't realized were available. When I had questions about additional products, they introduced me to the staff member who could best answer those questions.

I recently went in to reposition the screen protector on my iPhone X, it was originally not placed well after I had paid for them to put it on. A certain associate named Dan put on my screen protector again and the moment I told him that I still could see bubbles on the top corners and that it bothered me, I asked him if there is anything he could do about it, he told me to just go home and that it would go away. I knew that it would not because that had happened 3 weeks before it was the whole reason I was back. So I told him that it was not going to go away and he immediately raised his voice and said "well there is nothing I can do to help you in that case you just have to live with it. That is a small section of the whole screen I don't see how that could be a problem." As he handed the phone back to me. I immediately left the store feeling disappointed and Mind you, I had paid $8 to get the service that was the worst I ever had on top of that he was really disrespectful I don't think I'm ever going back!

Poor customer service in store... The lady didn't know what she was doing so obviously she was not trained very well. Lots of studder on what she's saying. I believe her name is Echo. Will not be doing anything through there customer service desk anytime soon. Thanks for the terrible service. Also I'd recommend your training program to be more technical so the costumers don't have to stand here an hour at there service desk and your employees can get them in and get them out without all the hassle.
