I had Hannah as my cashier and she was WONDERFUL!!!!! I used a lot of coupons and she was very patient and kind to me. I just adopted a cat and she showed a lot of interest and was just all around a great employee! If any manger is reading this: give that girl a raise!!!!

Great place to take your dog with you and get to meet other dogs and animals then pick out his own treat and food. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable on their products, which is very refreshing.

Aquatic section is absolutely disgusting. Almost all tanks contain sick or dead fish. Every salt water tank is plagued with aiptasia, on top of all that the glass is so dirty you can hardly see the fishes. Please save yourself money/hassle and buy from some place else.

I love Petco, and so does my dog! Tonight I went with my friends to pick out their new cat they were adopting and I've had the best experience. The staff were so helpful and gave us some coupons to help with the supply expenses. The store leader was a phenomenal lady that treated us so well. Thank you to the employees who were so kind and helpful, you all really made it a wonderful experience.

Customer service was a little slow, staff working on stocking, did not ask if I needed assistance. Did find the item I wanted as store was fairly well organized, but the item was not priced. Had to take it to check out to find the price. Clerk at check out was obviously ill with a bad cold, coughing and blowing nose. She did use hand sanitizer several times during the check out.
