Our experience with Hearing Unlimited has been completely unacceptable and very frustrating! We bought what they described as a top-of-the-line set of hearing aid... very expensive. The aids have never fit properly... lost one the first day. Even more upsetting, they do not function properly either! The proprietor apparently can't fix them in-house, so they constantly want to send them in. Problem is they don't work or are in repair, more than they are in his ears, working. When we requested our money back, they ordered a new pair - but same problems are occurring. Many times they are not working immediately after having just picked them up. The service is poor and attitude of help is apathetic and insensitive. They announced to us that the patient needs to have a weekly appointment to keep them operating... he works and we live a long distance away. Their hours are quite limited, as they shut down over lunch and early in the day, no weekends. It is unacceptable to expect a client to take time off work and drive 40 miles once a week. We wish we had never set foot in this office. I would give no stars if this review allowed it.

My husband has a Siemens hearing aid provided by the VA that needs to be looked at to see if it can be repaired. They said they won't even look at hearing aids from the VA. Too bad they lost 2 customers out of this because I am in need of hearing help as well.

I have relied on this service for well over fifteen years and do not know of any other enterprise as competent and courteous as this one. My hearing aids were not only well fitted, but the regular monitoring and checking done by Hearing Unlimited is exceptional. Hearing Unlimited is one of those businesses Norman Rockwell pictured for Saturday Evening Post--trustworthy, competent, and always courteous. I have relied on their services for more than two decades and am completely satisfied.
