Swarovski

Had a very pleasant experience this afternoon at Swarovski! Friendly staff,great service! I left there a satisfied customer ☺👍

Very bad customer service. I walked in and no one greeted me. No smile, everybody seemed like they didn't want to be there. I love Swarovski and their jewelery. I wanted to exchange something, and the Arabic lady took no initiative in helping me, neither did the young gentleman. Seriously? Very disappointed to say the least. You would expect a lot more from Swarovski, and the employees they hire. Will not be recommending or going back there.

I shopped here on December 18th to complete my "be swarovski" yearly qualification for a rewards voucher before the new year but the gentleman that served me did not know the details of the change in policy and failed to notify me that I was not going to qualify. (Perhaps a lack of attention when I was speaking to him) He only cared about making a sale. I only found out over email with customer relations that one of the other swarovski flagship stores I shopped at a couple months earlier did not scan my card properly or failed to scan my purchases.

I bought a Necklace for my Girlfriend from this place, It was amazing, she loved it. In my opinion it's not expensive compared to the high quality of jewellery.

Upon payment, you'd better let customers know if certain products were no refundable nor exchanchable especially should mention those male customers who bought it as gift to their love ones. Disappointed!
