These people are just amazing. I had gotten myself into a rough situation where I had SERVERY overpaid for a ring from a vendor that shall remain nameless (for the sake of my own posterity). They laid out all my options, from trying to return my atrocity to a vendor, to offering to buy the ring. Honestly, it was an emotional roller coast to learn about my rookie mistakes, but the staff comforted me and helped me to make the most informed decision I possible could. Based on what I had attempted to purchase, the staff found something infinitely better than I could have imagined! There is incredible value in the services offered and the products Ecksand makes. They are all insanely knowledgeable and transparent. I am thrilled to be working with this company, and I will certainly return in the future. I will recommend Ecksand to anyone who asks!

My fiancee and I recently went to Ecksand to get a custom engagement ring made, reusing the diamond from a very old heirloom ring. The staff at Ecksand was wonderful from start to finish. Everyone we talked with was courteous and knowledgeable, and they were very accommodating with both our schedule and the specific design we were looking for (we wanted a Victorian "memento mori" skull design inside the band). Ultimately they delivered a gorgeous, quality ring, at a fair price and only a few weeks of time. At no time did they ever give us the sense that they were pushing for anything other than a ring which would make us happy--there were no unnecessary expenses or design changes. I'd highly recommend Ecksand, and won't hesitate to shop there again in the future!

I had a great experience shopping for an engagement ring at Ecksand. Very knowledgable, very professional and great customer service. If only all businesses today operated with this level of professionalism. I went in with a vague idea of what I was looking for and was taken step by step through the budget, the cuts, the materials, different options, etc... Choosing the actual stone was a fun process as well. Did not feel pressured or rushed at any point. I should also mention that this was all done in a fairly limited amount of time as we were leaving on a trip shortly afterwards. We will definitely be returning to check out weddings bands.

The experience that I had at Ecksand was great, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, I had one issue with the ring we designed and wanted something changed and I have to say I was very impressed with the customer service, they definitely went above and beyond, Yoan was a pleasure to work with!

I found Ecksand through Google reviews as we were looking for a jewelry store that stood out from the ordinary. We were not disapointed. From service to ring choice, we had an amazing experience. We appreciated their honest approach, feedback and we found them to be very knowledgeable. Both my rings have to be custom made and they even had to find a stone that would compliment my finger size. Within a week they were following up with us as they had found a stone and wanted us to see it. I can't say enough about the quality of the service and how beautiful their jewelery is. If you are shopping for jewelry, Ecksand is a must. They will redefine your jewelry shopping experience.
