Very elegant store with a wide selection of products. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional and handle customers with care and respect. In my opinion, the best store in town for high end jewelry and worth a visit!

First impressions are very important: Called to inquire about watch repair, the person who answered was very dry and unwelcoming. We get it, customer service in Montreal is sub par, but no harm in making an effort.

Broke the glass on my rolex. Was told it would cost $800 to have it replaced and that the watch would be "like new". A few weeks later all the numbers, and glow in the dark dots fell off the face. I brought it back and was interrogated as to whether I wore it someplace "too warm" causing this to happen. They repaired it again but the watch has never worked properly since.
