I was looking to purchase a diamond engagement ring and after visiting many jewellers, I can say without a doubt that Gino is by far the best in the business. From a service perspective, he and his staff are always very professional and friendly. They are willing to go to great lengths to ensure that you have an awesome experience and leave as a satisfied customer. Gino was always patient with me and he took the time to understand what I was looking for because he truly cared more about making my proposal a memorable and special one rather than about making an extra dollar. From a workmanship perspective, Gino is a highly skilled and knowledgeable jeweller who can create almost anything you want. He has a very high standard for quality and he is determined to ensure that your piece of jewellery is as perfect as can be. From a price point perspective, he was extremely reasonable and honest when quoting the price of the ring and diamond. The engagement ring that he designed was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Ex Aurum!

Absolutely amazing staff. Gino was more than helpful and answered every question I had. He showed me similar works to what I wanted and worked with me to complete the final setting. I had brought my own diamond and he didn't mind at all. Much kinder than the other jewelers I went and see. If you want easy service for quality work, you've found the right place. My girlfriend has gotten plenty of compliments on her ring from random people just walking around. Rest assured that Ex Aurum is absolutely the best ring shop in Montreal!
