The customer service was very good. I went to the store trying to find something for mothers day. Sam and Philomena helped me finding a rose gold necklace. Overall they were very polite. Sam took his time explaining each article. I recommend this store.

Whomever dreamed up retail therapy must have had this glimmering paradise in mind. The point of shopping, after the lock downs, is to buy a coffee, go somewhere pretty and sparkly to dream. Cannot tell you how soothing it is to go, have a nice un-pressured look and buy a pretty bauble from some salespeople like Nicoleta and Inas who treat you like a princess the moment you walk in. People who wrote other reviews- yes, there are sales people there who may not be as nice or helpful- but that is why you take their names and complain and not paint the whole company with the same brush! I know they are working hard to weed out the weeds from this beautiful glittering garden. Ask for the ladies mentioned above and you won't be disappointed.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever encountered in a retail store. The lady was rude and extremely disrespectful to my concerns, about a product I just purchased. She even offended my friend who came with me, for no reason. Would not come ever again to this branch. Whoever doesn't wish to be nice to customers should not work in retail.....
