Chanelle and the staff at Paul H guided me the whole way through finding the perfect ring for my proposal. They took care of us and found me exactly what I was looking for down to the detail. Highly recommend

I usually don't write reviews, but Creation Paul H deserves to be recognize for it's impeccable  services. I've dealt with many jewellers in my life and I can honestly say that the staff is wonderful. Not only they are extremely educated in the product knowledge, but their customer service could not have been more helpful during the process. They will listen to your needs and help you find what you are looking for without going over your budget. They will help you pick out the finest accessories you or/and your significant other may want; from his & her Breitling wrist watches to trendy Pandora bracelets to that simple diamond ring. The staff working at Creation Paul H are willing to meet and exceed expectations with regards to some of the most busiest times of the year yet you would never feel rushed. Sometimes they even have happy hours and will offer their clients champagne or wine. Creation Paul H definitely knows how to treat their clients like royalty. Hands down 5 stars!! You will not be disappointed.

I had been dealing with a family friend for years,  Paul and Chanelle won me over. I went in for a watch strap and was seduced by their welcoming atmosphere. 

I shopped around for engagement rings at every well established institution Montreal has to offer. Chanelle made me feel important and valued my ideas. I met with Paul for the final design and am extremely happy with the final product.  His prices are very reasonable. His attention to detail is second to none. The customer service I got from Chanelle is beyond what I was expecting. 

I have and will continue to refer everyone I know.
