Argent Tonic Laurier

In trying to make an exchange of a Christmas present, I was told that the store policy was for store credit only. I have no problem with the policy except that when I tried to find a piece at the same price, I was able to find earrings that were either $20 more or $20 less than the original purchase price. The clerk, who I think was the owner & was very rude, was willing to take my $20 for the more expensive purchase but was unwilling to give me a $20 refund on a $95 purchase. My son-in-law had purchased more than one item as a gift that totaled around $250. He won't be shopping at the store again.
