Great workout led by Tony! We did a 90-60-30 workout and it was the perfect level of challenging and fun; catered to each individual level. I'm excited to come back for more classes!!! Tony was super helpful, positive and motivating. What a fantastic environment.

My son has been enjoying classes here for almost 2 years now and it is the highlight of his week. We have also had two birthday parties there and the kids always leave smiling. The coaches are phenomenal; always patient, helpful, and most importantly they are fun.

My son signed up for the Day Camps during Teachers Convention and had a blast! When I asked how it went, he said that that he played games like dodgeball, treasure island and rat race and he was surprised that he didn't do any exercises. Such friendly and caring staff. Thank you and he'll be there over Spring Break!

Thank you City Fit Shop for creating a memorable birthday for my twin boys. They love the show America Ninja Warrior and your facility did not let them down. Before we even pulled away they were asking when we can go back. Amazing facility and an excellent place for Birthday Parties
