Sushi Real Fruit

Sushi Real Fruit is a hidden gem that I stumbled upon recently and I am so glad that I did. This small takeout shop may not look like much from the outside, but the quality of their sushi is exceptional. The sashimi is always fresh and made to order, which is a huge plus for me. I appreciate that they take the time to prepare each dish with care and attention to detail. The owners of Sushi Real Fruit are also amazing people. They are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to accommodate any special requests that I may have. Their customer service is top-notch and it really makes a difference in my overall experience. Although the seating area is limited, I don't mind because I usually take my sushi to go. It's the perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat when I'm on the go. I also love that they offer party platters, which are perfect for any occasion. Overall, I highly recommend Sushi Real Fruit for anyone who is looking for high-quality sushi at a reasonable price. The fresh ingredients, made-to-order dishes, and excellent customer service are all reasons why I will definitely be coming back for more.

Went in as a last minute clueless customer, asked for whatever they had, got two spicy salmons. They were super nice considering my sudden walk in order. the sushi though? wow.. its not often that i put sushi in my mouth and have to stand up and hold onto something because it takes so damn good. each bite was a moment of awe and wonder, when these reviews say fresh, they are not kidding. there was no taste of fish, and its not like it was covered in spicy sauce, it was INSIDE the roll, the smooth salmon taste with no fishiness carried the flavor perfectly, held by fresh rice and smooth tasting seaweed wrap. overall, pretty amazing. 5 out of 5.

Loved our experience, and we will be back again! The sushi was fresh, and there was no fishy smell at all. We ordered a caterpillar roll and a combo D. The combo came with a choice of miso soup or pop - we opted for the soup and we're very happy that we did. The soup had soft tofu chunks that were very pleasing to the palate. The only place where there is room for improvement is the tea that we ordered - the tea needed to be steeped for longer, and the tapioca in the tea had no flavor or syrup in it, which made the tea taste even more diluted. I guess the next time we go, we'll order a fruit smoothie or something. The restaurant owners were very welcoming, and service was fast. The premises were clean - something that I'm very happy about because most places I've been to recently had sticky tables. I think we've found our new favorite sushi spot!

This joint is on O'Connor, but is slightly tucked away quietly next to the Tim Hortons -- can be easy to miss if it's your first time there. The sushi platter we ordered was priced reasonably and the rolls were delicious. We appreciated the spicy salmon rolls, which included tempura bits inside the roll with the spicy sauce as well as the salmon. The owner/chef was very kind to provide a fatty piece of sashimi, and he definitely poured his skill and attention in preparing the dish. Online ordering was very simple, making the take out process quite eventful. Would definitely return! It's a friend's go-to neighbourhood sushi joint for the value and quality, and it would be ours too if we lived nearby.

I'm a big fan of this family run establishment and go quite often. I usually get a sushi and sashimi platter and my family and I have never been disappointed. The fish is fresh and tasty, and the price is reasonable. I recommend ordering in advance.Food: 5/5

I randomly went to this place for a quick lunch while waiting for meeting. Overall this place deserves 5 stars rating. - I tried lunch combo nigiri, sashimi and roll combo: freshness 5/5, arrangement 4/5, presentation 3/5, taste OMG/5. Really good quality material. thank you! - I guess the business is mainly based on take out orders so the restaurant sitting area is simple but clean and space. - The chefs were both very nice, attentive and positive thank you - Will definitely go there again if I am in the neighbourhood also seriously considering ordering via delivery services despite I expect expensive delivery cost!!

I have lost count of the number of times I've bought Sushi from here, and it has ALWAYS been a treat! Delicious food, fast service, fair rates, and such a friendly atmosphere! Family owned business and the staff is so quick and helpful. What you order is prepared fresh and served elegantly. Definitely deserving of 5 stars and recommendations! I'm so happy to have you in the neighbourhood.

I like to eat sushi once a week. Trying to find good spot and finally I tried this place. Its hidden gem sushi place. The owner and his wife really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend won’t be disappoint.

Been going to this place since Covid and it never misses. Family run sushi spot that’s an absolute hidden gem. It’s so great to see them get such raving reviews because its so true. The owners are consistent, the quality is amazing and the portion sizes and prices are great. I get takeout from them once a week- they will create custom rolls as well for you on request. Will continue to support them!
