Decent service. Cozy atmosphere. Food was good. Not amazing, but good. Would definitely come back.

If the place had a nicer decor I would give it 5 stars. Despite the rough look of the place.. portions are generous. The sushi is fresh and delicious. The house special udon is a sight to behold.

I love Happy Sushi. It is cozy and has loyal patrons. I have been coming here for 4 years and I always feel welcomed and at home. And the sushi is great - fresh and tasty and great value. A must for the East end crowd on the Danforth!

Great Japanese takeout in the city without having to worry about the higher prices. I would say at par with Japanese restaurants/takeouts in Markham and Scarborough. Would definitely order again.

Happy Sushi has a small, cozy feel. Our server was very sweet and her service was great. The meal was tasty, with large delicious portions of sushi. When you leave, all the chefs sing "bye bye" together!

Danforth roll is a must try! The food is pretty good and price is inexpensive! the lunch special is a best deal too
