Sushi Kiku Japanese Cuisine

Food was decent, this place is missing some food that other all you can eat places have. Service is very poor and rude. I went with my boyfriend and my 2 friends and after being there for an hour and a half on a Saturday night we were rudely told to leave because other people are waiting to sit. Unacceptable!!! We weren't even finished our food. Also this place doesn't accepted credit cards debit or cash only

Clean and delicious. No salad or dessert bar but you can still order. No cash discount and credit card isn't accepted. Some dishes are unique and less salty than others.

Extremely poor customer service. If I could give it zero or a negative rating, I would! I used to frequently come here for sushi but this place has let me down time and time again. Once my friends and I were here eating near closing time and two of the waitresses flat out got into a physical fight, pushing each other and screaming at the top of their lungs and then running away and crying. It was impressive to see a human being, being able to generate speaker phone levels of sounds. Another time, after we were finished paying, we asked for a copy of our debit reciept, because apparently they don't accept credit on a 65 dollar bill, the waitress threw the receipt on the table even though we had both of our hand extended towards her, 6 inches from her hand. The waitress turned her head away as she threw it at us. I'm sure she saw our hands. Completely despicable behavior. I will never return to this restaurant again.

Extremely rude service. We are frequent customers at this restaurant, at first the service was fine. But as we visited more often, the service becomes absolute trash. How does a company hire such degenerate people? The company needs to train their waitresses better, and educate them and teach them that customer service is a vital role. The waitresses are extremely and utterly disgusting. The food is cold. When we asked for more ginger and napkins, they just ignore us. I asked for the manager and the waitress essentially laughs at me? Is it a joke or do you find it funny that Your service is bad? I have never experienced just a horrible service. The manager? No help whatsoever. Essentially blames us, the customer for not understanding. When we tried to explain what happened the waitresses gathered in a group and simply laughed at us. The professionalism in this restaurant is lacking and needs to be reevaluated.

Had an amazing experience! Sushi is extremely fresh and served fairly fast (depending on how much you order!) Atmosphere is amazing and staff has always been friendly! Definitely a wonderful place to go for AYCE sushi! Can't wait to go back
