Dim sum starting at 9:30am $4.99 BBQ Pork Rice Chinese Fine Dining Banquet Hall Great service, beautiful interior design. *** Dim Sum Review Only *** Must try the $4.99 BBQ Pork Rice deal! So worth it. It's delicious and the portion can be saved for another meal! All the dim sum pieces are larger than a lot of restaurants nearby and beautifully made. Lots of ingredients in all the pieces. Highly recommended but do expect a line up after 10am.
We arrived around 1 pm on Sunday. We waited around 90 mins to have seats. I would recommend you with go there earlier or later. When it came to 3 pm, there were many empty seats. I really like their dim sum. They are really BIG! As big as the tea cup! The most surprise one was Fried Rice with Salmon and Preserved Meat. I was thinking it must be weird to have a combination like this. But it was tasty.
My first exploration here. The place looked sparky. The service was not efficient. The fried shrimp with seaweed was excellent, a bit oily though. Good combination of flavors and the trunks of shrimps were fresh. The lamb tripe soup was delicious, one large piece of the tripe was too tough to chew. The steamed ribs were not very fresh. The steamed rice rolls with BBQ pork had a strong sanitizer taste, returned to the kitchen. The BBQ pork with rice was average though in a big portion.
The food was overall good and the interior design was decent as well. The air conditioning was a bit aggressive and it cooled a lot of the dishes quickly. In one case, our hot dish came out cold. Would still recommend the food, they didn't make anything too salty. Service was decent as well. Parking: Plenty of parking spots Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options available
2022.11 overall dim sum are above average. We ordered over 12 different kind, I just want to comment 2 of my favorite, egg tart is egg white with almond milk, super creamy and smooth. Crust is average. Roast pork is tender but not enough honey.
This place's dim sum is excellent! No wonder it is always busy! It is Toronto! Dim sum got to be good! I came to Toronto many times to have dim sum. This place impressed me and i can't wait to eat there again! Thumbs up!
Favorite to go spot for dimsum lunch gathering. They have the best BBQ Pork Cha Siu ever. It’s so tasty and soft. Feel like it was melting in your mouth. And my favourite is the chicken sticky rice. We usually buy some more to bring home. Can keep in the freezer for days. The wait on the weekend was usually 30m-1h for a group of 4-6. We went here many times even during the pandemic. Decent amount of patio space. Crowded but service is fast. All dishes we tried so far are absolutely delicious. Service is fast and staffs are helpful. Cozy place for a group of friends or family to gather for yumcha.
One of the best Dim-sum I had in GTA. Great quality and amazing taste. The portion is huge and so affordable. We ordered 11 dishes for 4 people total $40. mainly dimsum with two mains and we all packed our next day lunch and dinner somehow at the end The shrimp dumplings were enormous, lots of fillings. Fish noodle soup was fresh & sweet. Service is better than most Chinese restaurants. But in case you’ve never been here, be prepared for 1-2 hrs waiting for group over 4. There is a huge lineup at 10am on Sundays.
2022 July 4 Nestled away from the main road, you'll find this Chinese restaurant bustling with patrons during the weekend. There's a fairly good reason to that, the food itself speaks for itself. The Dim Sum is not only quite good, but the portions are huge!! Though the prices do reflect higher as well. Comparing the steamed shrimp dumplings aka "Haw Gow" or the steamed pork dumplings aka "Siu Mai" the size is incredible. Your looking at a size of a ping pong ball each piece. Everything else is relatively larger too. Taste isn't too salty and the flavors are consistent of traditional Dim Sum. The restaurant also has frozen Dim Sum takeout. Would recommend trying if you haven't been. Lots of parking.
I haven't been going for dim sum as often as I used to but this was worth the wait! Skyview Fusion is one of the better places I've been to. We went late in the afternoon, when it was relatively quiet. The last time I was here, during their peak time, we waited over an hour for a table. It was worth it! This time around, we took advantage of their Dungeness Crab special. It's been a while since I've had Dungeness Crab and this was so good, the highlight of our meal! Other dishes that we enjoyed, included Siu Mai, Curry Baby Octopus, Sticky Pork Dumplings, and Pork and Veggie Dumplings Chiu Chow Style. Everything was delicious!
