Amazing quality and super fresh! Super friendly staff! They have amazing customer service and everything came out at a timing manner. It’s spacious and quiet so it’s good for kids. Would definitely come back again!

New sushi place addition to ironwood mall neighbourhood. Has BBT as well. Food: 'OK', average taste and quality, but note the flavors isn't authentic, traditional Japanese. Some comments from my particular experience: 1 tuna sashimi wasn't thoroughly thawed, 2 tempura is too hard, 3 original take on teriyaki sauce wasn't to my liking. Will try rolls next time. Service: OK - nice and courteous Atmosphere: OK - spacious. Could have better air ventilation.

Very neatly made sushi with good presentation. Fresh ingredients. Their Negitoro roll however didn’t taste like it was made of toro, it was just a chunk of plain tuna that was not even chopped with green onion like typical Negitoro. They also have their own way of making BC roll with no salmon skin but grilled salmon meat instead which is different from mainstream BC rolls. That being said, their rolls were still well made and tasted good.

I normally order from sushi lover but they were closed today so I thought I give this place a try, since it’s so close to my place. Boy am I happy I did! price is good and fish is fresh. You also get 10% discount when you pick up. My go to spot now.

Ordered 4 party trays today. Really tasty and fresh sushi with reasonable price. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

First time and probably the last time. Ordered 2 party trays online and took almost an hour to prepare! Portion is ok. Taste was ok. But there was skin in the salmon. Bone mixed in the spicy tuna. Edit: order was made online at 5:44pm for two party trays and 1 order of avocado roll. Arrived at the restaurant at 6pm. Staff couldn't locate the order. After realized it's an online order she asked me to wait. At 6:05, a the same staff was very professional said it will be 15-20min and offered me a tea which I said I was ok . I waited 35 min and still order wasn't ready. I ended up getting my order at 6:45. Special request also wasn't followed.

Here’s my impression on this Chinese run sushi spot on no.5: - Very sad and stingy aburi oshi sushis see photo - Size of sashimis is very inconsistent. - Usually the worst sushi spot don’t fail their Tamago egg sushi but somehow their tamago doesn’t taste like anything- it’s essentially a yellow color dyed piece of rubber. - Efficiency: the operation is very slow and the management is chewing more than the store can bite. They need to know their capacity and be honest with their customers how much orders they are able to take, instead of giving customers false hopes which end up taking double the time they promised to complete their order. I give my experience two stars because the lowest that google review allows is one star. The extra star is to put into consideration that it’s a very new food establishment. I give them the benefit of the doubt. Although I won’t go back, if you had to grab some not so quick sushi on number 5, the only items that were okay tonight were the tuna sushi and Alaska flaming roll. Those two were decent.

They are like the Sushi lovers on No. 5 road. Price is cheap and quality is decent. Definitely a good place for casual dining. It won't break your wallet.Food: 4/5

February 20, 2023: We're back for lunch and tried the sashimi and sushi bento. The staff is always so friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my bento. Freshly made and delicious. I live very close to them. So I will be back over and over because of their food and friendly service. Thank you Sushi crave staff. ‐------‐---------------- This hidden gem is located off no. 5 road and steveston hwy. It's worth it to find this place. I had googled Japanese restos close by and was surprised to see this show up. So my son and I popped by shortly after 12 noon today, Saturday. We were the only customers there at the time. We ordered the salmon sashimi 8 pcs to start, which was a decent size. We ordered sashimi bento and the sushi bento. Take a look at the pics. I'll say that the beef teriyaki needed a little more seasoning, and the tuna sashimi was a but frozen still. The batter on our shrimp tempura in our bentos was a touch too hard and heavy. The miso soup was nice and hot. Nicely flavoured. The nigiri sushi was excellent and the salmon osh, was the best part of this meal. It was nicely torched and had a wonderful sauce. The small circle of jalapeño provided a nice finish. I should add the side salad had a nice creamy dressing with lots of flavour. The service was excellent. Our server was friendly, attentive and professional. She was always making sure everything was OK and our cups of tea were always full. We will be back to try more menu items which are to be added next week. Parking: Some parking out front Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room to maneuver a wheelchair in this spacious restaurant
