Kids love the variety of books available. The return extension is very convenient in case we missed the return deadline. Conference room can be rented. Lots of activities and programs to try out!nThis location is clean and organized! Keep it up!
This library having so eye catching activities aids for kids of all ages they were having a story time when we visited there, and my son liked the fire truck model inside the library. I was so impressed with the big chess replica. You can play chess game there and books were so amazing we picked 10 books for our kids and all the books were so very informative. Staff is so cooperative ! Must visit the library !
A good space, helpful staff. However there is a wide range of ability with staff knowing or not knowing how to use the equipment. They should be trained properly--it's in their job description to provide the service ; I have ended up training staff myself on technical issues that they were supposed to be problem solving for me... .LoLnIt can be very noisy. There is a couple of quiet work rooms but no computers available. REALLY fail to understand why other libraries do enforce a reasonable level of quiet, but staff here are reticent to say anything and don't enforce it when they do address extremely noisy disruptive clients one time and they keep doing it. A simple solution would be to have a few computers in the quiet rooms. PLEASE consider this!, some people with learning difficulties can't concentrate with so much disruption. Not to mention that it's just inconsiderate.nAppreciate to have this public space available for use.nThis location in particular has a lot of great extras like free family movie nights and various groups meeting etc.
Jennifer provided terrible service today at 3:32 on August 9th. I needed to pay by card but forgot the amount. Instead of helping me find out, she rudely insisted I check myself, even though I explained I didn't know how. She refused to leave her seat. It really ruined my day.
I have been coming here since it opened years ago for the comics, movies and great selections of magazines and books that I actually enjoy reading, from arts & crafts, lifestyle to entertainment to sport. There’s decent number of computers for use, internet and intranet and rooms for quiet reading and where students review their lessons. There’s a kid section, as well as adults’. It’s a perfect place to read, rest or to simply pass the time away :-
