Surprise Nails

Pathetic. The lady just screwed up my eyebrows, even after instructing her before hand she didn't listen and did it her own way and now i have almost no eyebrows. Really disgusting.

An OK salon. The setting was quite nice and relaxing though, however, extra effort can be made for the shellac manicures.

Ya I'm a guy and I would usually never go to a place like this but I decided to go with a few girls from school. The customer service was terrible and the were really rough my feet started to bleed. They don't take debit or credit. Sadly there are worse places tho

They have the worst customer service! The guy who did my nails was so rude! He did such a sloppy job! I gave him an suggestion and he replied saying "your picky eh".

Did a new gel set. Cost me 50$. Not even a week later, 2 fell off and the rest are breaking. Called to see if they can fix it for me and she told me to go somewhere else. I've been there 3 times and I will never go again. A waste of your money and they don't listen to what you want. Every time I had my nails done there, they just took over and did what they wanted.
