Nails For You

Came in for the first time to fix a broken nail and change shellac...the service was terrible, rude staff, dirty atmosphere cups and food in the front table. My shellac was horribly done started chipping after the second day...Never going again...

Great works on nauls with expetience staff. The staffs turnover ratio is less. So standard quality is maintained weel after week.

This used to be my favourite place. Though I only like dealing with one person so the rest of the staff do not like that and are NOT friendly because I always went to the same person. I went to have the schellac removed thinking that anyone can do it. When I got there no one would even acknowledge that I was there except the person who I usually went to. When I asked to have someone remove the schellac a pregnant lady came and put the foil on my fingers. I have a small cut on my finger and I asked her to be careful. She was not careful at all and she literally put acetone on the open cut. I waited a total of 30 minutes and no one absolutely no one removed the schellac. I had to go somewhere else to have it removed. Someone else posted a review saying that it is messy in there. Well it is messy in the waiting area because when the staff is not busy they sit there with their bare feet to eat and using their tablets. I like the previous owner better she didn’t care that I always booked appointment with the same person. I will NOT be going back there. As sad as it is the person that did my nails is really good at it but friendliness is very important.

I come here regularly because it's convenient for me. The service is always good but the quality is what you are paying for: not much. My shellac nails last 2 weeks at most before getting chipped.

My daughter and I have been frequenting this establishment ever since it opened up for various services (manicures, pedicures, a variety of waxing, etc.). The place was kept somewhat clean, but it would be quite difficult to sit even in the waiting area because there was always bag of chips or crumb trails around the area. Today, however, my daughter and I were both shocked at the final product of her Brazilian waxing. It was poorly done; there was still large areas of hair left behind and, to make matters worse, they did not even clean her properly afterwards (as there was still clumps of hair and wax stuck to her genital area). The employee did not take her time at all and simply wanted to rush my daughter out of the room without doing a quality check (and mind you, the place was only servicing two other clients at the time). In the end, my daughter and I spent more time afterwards buying products that would soothe the area after I had to wax her again in order to remove the hairs that were left behind. I would not recommend anyone to go here as you will be greatly disappointed in the service.
