This place is freaking ridiculous! I specifically showed a picture of my previous haircut to an old snoozing lady at the reception who also happened to cut my hair. VOILA! SHE FREAKING USED THE MACHINE ALL OVER MY HEAD. She even had the audacity to then ask me how I would like to style it after pretty much giving me a buzz cut. Such a rip off to pay $24 for a simple haircut. Nobody should waste their time and money in this poor excuse of a place they run.

Theresa was so patient and kind. I had got my Web pierced and was very nervous, she talked me through everything and got the job done so quick. I was very impressed. It being my first piercing, i was so satisfied that i recommended my friends to her as well. Thanks Theresa !!! -Ashlyn

Best place to get your nose pierced! , me and my 2 other friends got it done at this place and it was amazing the lady is so nice :)

Not all bad, AVOID TERESA!! Completely distracted the entire time. Did not wash my hair properly. I asked for a simple trim with some layers in the front but I got no layers in the front, instead she layered the back - my hair is really thin and this made it look twice as thin and now I have no shape around my face. She was so distracted by other potential clients and service folk that she didn't even dry my hair but frazzled it up into a messy nest and called it curls. I just wasted $50 and cannot force my hair to regrow to fix it.

**PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS** ***FAKE PRICES *** Majority of these reviews are about how this salon is lying about the prices, which is 100% true. PLEASE spend your hard earned money elsewhere. My first and last time here- I called and asked how much would wash, cut and style be, I was told $39. I told the person on the phone exactly what I wanted, a wash, cut and some loose curls, and she assured me it was $39. I go in the next day for my appointment. The manager (Theresa) was doing my hair. I previously washed my hair, so she said we won’t wash it because it’s an extra charge. So she goes ahead and cuts it, without wetting it or using any product. I wanted it blown out and curled a little. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair to look like -loose wavy curls. She told me she has to use a curling iron to curl my hair. I told her I always get it blown out with loose curls. She said no they won’t hold so I’m using the curling iron. The curls were way too tight, I told her multiple times, her response was no they will open up. I told her my hair doesn’t do that, she continue to ignore my concern and assured me they will loosen. At the end, it looked bad. They looked like tight ringlets. Wasn’t even on the sides, I could of done a better job doing it myself. When I went to pay, she asked me if anyone told me a price for my cut and style. I said yes, I called last night and they told me $39 for a wash cut and style. Theresa said ok, so your total is $75. I thought I misheard. She said yes, because she had to use the curling iron. I told her first off, I said no to this! But you insist you had no choice but to use this. I was told my curls and cut was going to be $39. I didn’t get a wash because you said it was extra but somehow it was included? She said no, a wash isn’t extra it’s Included. I said, why did you lie earlier and told me it was extra?? She said “I never said that” . After 10 minutes of her lying and making up prices and policies, I paid and left. That salon has some professional scam artists and I wasn’t going to waste more of my time on this unprofessional salon. They lie and try to take advantage of people. If you take a moment and scroll through these reviews, there are many situations like this where prices magically change. They tell you one price to get you in, then they try to take as much money as they can off of you. The curls never loosened and they looked horrible. Nothing like the picture I showed her. My boyfriend’s first words out of his mouth, what happened to your hair? I ended up washing the tight curls out and restyling it myself. I wish I read these reviews before I went. I’m thankful for google reviews, hopefully people won’t get ripped off anymore.
