I love this store. Products are modern with a good quality. A lot selection for flowers and veggies to grow and employees are very helpful. Nordin is an excellent help when needing information on any product at the construction side of the store.

Customer service reps have to be more knowledgeable about the policies. I was told I can get a price protection if something goes down on price and when it did 2 days later I was told no by the person at customer service with a huge arrogance. Then I spoke to Daniel the store manager and he did not want to do the price adjustment either. When I asked for a DSM contact apparently there isn't anyone. Pretty sad that a store can laugh at you and give you false information. As a manager I would have made a decision to get repeat business I guess they don't care. Worse is you lost a client for maybe 30$. Wasn't for the money but more for the principle. Good job guys!

I ordered 95 paving stones online. I made numerous arrangements to use a friend's utility trailer and arranged my work schedule to go pick them up. Drove 30 minutes to the store to be told that thy lost my order. Such a waste of time and expense. So disappointed.

Terrible very hard to find help. For the cashier one girl for the whole store they were 12 people waiting on a saturday . To big and too much walk just to get nothing.

Prices all wrong! Bag of soil listed at $3.69 and at the cash it's double the price. Short answer from the staff was that it's a mistake and had the audacity to blame a customer for putting the wrong price on the item. There was no urgency from the staff to go correct it either. In the end no resolution offered. Thanks but I'll be shopping at Home Depot going forward.

Worst service ever the guy martin thinks he is highly qualified to give few seconds to customers to help them make their choices.not recommended at all

One of the reasons i dislike Rona stores is the lack of parts needed. Good and friendly staff most of the time, but i always find what I need at Home Depot.
